As a key member of the team, you will report to the Sydney Branch Manager and thrive in an environment where service, sales and customer solutions are paramount.

The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Undertake general word processing, create spreadsheets, and manage relevant databases.
  • Providing quotes and pricing
  • Support our Account Managers with any customer service-related tasks.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and develop rapport with our customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Actively promote ITI’s products to generate sales.
  • Process sale orders and generate quotations for customers.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving enquiries via phone and email in a quick and efficient manner.

To Be Successful

  • Customer orientated, capable of competently liaising with internal staff and stakeholders in professional and pleasant manner.
  • Goal orientated and effective time management skills required to meet set deadlines.
  • Proven ability to multitask and be flexible and adaptable to manage changing work requirements and varying volumes of work.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate requests and instructions to individuals and groups.
  • Self-motivated, demonstrating strong initiative and ability to work unsupervised.
  • High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs in particular Microsoft Excel.
